L.A.M.P Apps will maintain your domain name and direct it to any Domain Name Server you wish for the year. You may also transfer it to any other service. It is your Domain Name to do with what you please. If after the first year we are still maintaining your domain name, you will be charged the current rate to renew it for another year.

If your account has a physical downtime that is not within the 99.9% uptime you may receive one month of credit on your account. Approval of the refund is at the discretion of lampapps.com dependant upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability.
